We were pleased to order our purchases online from The Underfloor Heating Store as the items were, much cheaper compared to other stores. We were, also happy that The Underfloor Heating Store had uploaded several promotional educational tools, reviewing installations of different underfloor heating. We purchased 36 ProWarmTM Tile Backer Board 6mm to 50mm - BACKER-PRO 2 ProWarmTM Electric Underfloor Heating Mat Kit and 2 ProWarmTM ProTouch-E WiFi Smart. We were happy with the aftercare service from the Customer Service department

I went onto your website and placed an order. I scrolled down to 10m2 for the 200w ufh mat and selected that. I ordered 16 insulated boards And then a Thermostat. My order has gone through as 1m2 and 15 boards. I emailed about the mat and you've read the email but not replied. I need a 10m2 mat and 1 more board, please.
