The website clearly explains the differences between the products that I was looking for. However, I paid extra to have express delivery which was totally messed up. I'm not completely sure that this was all the fault of FedEx. It arrived too late so now I have to find a new tradesperson for the job.

Great service, I ordered over a weekend, expecting delivery to be at least mid week, my order was delivered by 9am on Tuesday. Brilliant.

Scott Yule was incredibly helpful in sorting out an expensive mistake we made with the wrong kind of flooring (don’t believe claims that rigid core laminate is ‘pet friendly’ as our dog cannot walk on it) in our house. In changing to tiles, we also had to change the underfloor heating because we had the wrong type. Scott was so helpful in explaining our options as he understood what a painful process we had gone through. He did what he could to give me the best price and get the new product delivered by the time we needed it.
