Self levelling compound turned up with a bag split, which was replaced free of charge, but the area calculator on the website is way off for area and depth needed. Bought 11 bags for area needed at 5mm depth and was nowhere near enough needed to get over the underfloor heat matting installed. Had to buy another 15 bags from else where to get the job covered and levelled sufficiently.

First off the ordering was easy and price was reasonable but after that that’s where it all went wrong! First the order didn’t all turn up on the day they said even though it was next day delivery had to wait another 3days for the rest to turn up then found out they had put the wrong pump in the box so I’m still waiting for that!

For the second time this week I have been let down by a supplier/carrier. Earlier in the week another company failed to deliver an order of floor leveller. They blame carrier who blames them. Still no refund. Now the same has happened with this company. Order due today but now I learn it's not coming until Monday ???. Half the order came yesterday unexpectedly. Driver had no knowledge of why the rest wasn't there. Now the reason for this review I contacted the supplier via Amazon, no reply, I phoned them twice yesterday, answerphone, I sent direct email yesterday, you guessed it, no reply. This is a large company that doesn't seem to care. Edit: I have amended the rating to 4 stars. My reason is the problems were not just the fault of the company, Amazon didn't update their tracker, neither did FedEx even when they did it was wrong. The products arrived today even though Amazon said they weren't coming. The products are good quality.
I ordered some cable for next day delivery. Sadly it did not come! However I spoke to a wonderfull member of the team called Gill or Jill. She arranged a fast track delivery for the next working day and it arrived before 10am. I can't thank her enough for her unparalleled level of customer service and understanding to my cause. I have used these guys on hundreds of occasions without a glitch......this tome there was one and they showed their true worth......problem solved.
