Great communication from Josh, revised a quotation a few times to suit my needs. Ended up getting the majority of the kit direct through polypipe instead and just ordered a few accessories/tools/laminon grid membrane from UFH store. They arrived quickly.

This is a follow up to my esriler poor review. Underfloorheating contacted me to discuss the probmens I had had and on this basis I have upped my Rating from 1 to 4 Stars. They seemed genuinely concerned with what had happenedand have undertaken to change their policies towards being more sympathetic to ordering mistakes made by their customers. So compliments to a company that do actually take complaints seriously and even better, do something about it.

Fabulous company… can’t fault them, online ordering is easy. Good price for underfloor heating, I did purchase in the sale. My original order was damaged in transit and when I called they had already dispatched another before I called which arrived the next day. Spot on… would recommend!!
