Mixed experience. Heating mat received and placed on top of screws and washers in the box. The seals had been broken too and their policy is you can’t return a mat if the seals are broken. Poor packaging and not much thought went into it. Addressed with the company but no feedback on what happened has been received although I was told they would look into it. Received another mat and there was no problem with that.

Overall things went as planned but having delivery sent out in two packages caused a problem with detailed tracking not being easy ! Had to ring both Underfloor heating + courier to ensure delivery would be in time despite paying extra for next day delivery !
