Ordered Tuesday evening, paid for next day delivery. Items didn’t arrive, I phoned and chased up to be told they’d failed to process the order. Promised delivery by 10 the following day, it didn’t arrive once again. Wasted half a days labour for one engineer and had to arrange for someone to work Saturday and purchase alternative items locally. Delivery still not arrived and customer advised to refuse delivery.

This is the second time I have purchased a product from The Underfloor Heating Store. The customer service is truly excellent. They are quick to reply and the delivery service is top notch
