Item was as described, speedy delivery, no problems at all!

After making the decision to purchase a HIVE MINI THERMOSTAT that I could control my heating via a APP ,I emailed this company for advice on installation. I realise that they have to be aware on giving advice,but what response did I get,NOTHING why state on your site that your dedicated team will help with any questions, I wouldn't mind even if they came back saying they were unable to give advice. I ha e now purchased the Hive system from elsewhere.

Great products, price and super fast service

Used this company a couple of times. Firstly for my thermosphere underfloor heating components and then again for tile adhesive and levelling compound. Very competitive prices and delivered quickly and without fuss both times.

My boss ordered loose UFH wire. When we went to install it 5m in we saw that the outer lay of the cable seemed to be damaged. Even though reading where all fine I could not in good faith install this for my customer. I called them and sent a email of the damaged cable. Telling them that my tiler was coming next day to install the floor tiles. They said someone will call be back but no one did. I had to call on my way back from work and they said they can only send one if I returned the damaged one. Or go to their store in the morning and buy one there and return the other one. When I got to the store in the morning it took half and hour to pay for a new because no one was available to use the till and they could take company Amex even though it was brought with Amex online. When I went to call them to ask for a refund form so i could send the damaged cable back I told them can they sent me the email as my boss was on holiday they said they will but never got the email. I call again they said they will send it again but never received it then the lady said you can print one out online. Don’t no why they didn’t tell me that the first time. The worst thing is that I had to call them again to see when my refund will be processed, even though they received two day ago. Finally got a refund but out of pocket of the delivery charge I had to pay for the item to be taken back. Will not use this company again. Rather spend 5% more and buy from another company. Very poor customer service.
