Trust the tech section! Needed some help with the more esoteric features of my underfloor heating setup. Took a while to get through as no answer from Customer Services. However took the tech route and Callum was brilliant. Took me through setting up and sent videos for back up. Moral of the story- get through to the tech section of any moderate sized company and they will always help - and often go the extra mile. So 5 for Callum but no response from Customer Service hence dropped star (sure they would be just as nice if you got through though) Friendly company would say. Thanks

Phone took a little to long to answer but once i got through to the tec engineer they where very helpful and knowledgeable.

Brilliant experience with the under floor heating store. Joe in Tech was really helpful in helping me connect my thermostat to the wifi. I haven't had an issue with my order or any previous ones ive made. Would 100% recommend!

Placed order with them only to realise it is the same business as underfloor heating direct. To my disgust the only difference other than almost double the price , was a sleeve the mat came in. So I basically paid double for some packaging. I will be reporting them to ASA. I can see I’m not the only one to have misled, so I would recommend checking their sister sites before you pay twice for the same thing.

So called 'kit' would have been cheaper if I had purchased the components separately. The seemingly permanent 'sales' and 'clearance' prices are a gimmick. Shop around online and you'll find that they are overpriced - even compared to 'other' sellers who apparently operate from same address as them!
