Have booked to fly to Australia in January 2025. This company were very helpful and my tickets came through very quickly and they provided lots of important information. Would recommend this company.

Booked a transatlantic flight around 10.00am and received an immediate email confirmation. My E-ticket arrived via email around 12.30. I was invited to ask questions etc throughout the booking process. I received an ATOL Certificate via email the following morning. Thanks to Sofia who speedily answered a query.

I found The Travel House very helpful. I had difficulty paying for my flight, there was a problem at the bank end! Stella, at The Travel House, was extremely helpful and eventually suggested that I paid by BACS. Thus solved the problem and I'm now looking forward to my trip. Thanks, Stella

They found a US flight that matched my requirements with a few extra choices also. The price was nicely below my expectations, since doing a little homework and a following query was also answered very swiftly. Excellent service - a reason why I have chosen them again for a third time.

Steven was very kind, helpful and patient! UPDATED: Warning - I paid way over the odds for my Emirates flights. Visit the Emirates website and view their Direct Flight offers and compare them with what you are being offered. Had I realised this, I could saved more than £2000 on my two tickets.

Austin Rees has been very helpful with rebooking my flight. He called me immediately after I sent an email to rebook, and he was very helpful and polite.

Austin Rees, the staff whom I have spoken to is very helpful, friendly and accomodating. I am loving the kind of service they provide. But we’ll see once I get on the flight and reach my travel destination and hopefully everything goes well but for now I have no complaints at all but merely appreciation of their kindness

I book my ticket to Dallas USA and need help for the luggage and i call the office and a lady call Stella Samson answer the phone and she help me to book the luggage and make it very easy and understandable

I had some issues with booking online due to a second last name and the platform was not working. When I called to enquire about this they told me they have to book it over the phone but they see a different price in their systems. That was quite dissatisfying of the platform, but after several discussions with Stella she helped me to get a discount and get the same price as I saw online. While I was satisfied with Stella’s service and her resolution until the end, the platform can improve the bug with the first/last name because there are more people with two last names.

I had a great experience booking return flights (LHR-LAX) with Kevin at The Travel House and I will definitly go to him again for any future flights. I was certianly dubious as the flights were half the price of booking direct and it felt strange booking via WhatsApp - but I'm so pleased that I did as I've saved £1,500! Kevin was very responsive and helpful, listening to my requirements and providing me with an even better flight option than the one I originally enquired about. The booking process was easy, payment was easy and I received the e-tickets within 3hrs. I've checked the e-ticket numbers on the airline website and the booking is registered and ready for me to add the passport details, just as I would if I had booked directly. So, if like I was, you're checking out these reviews to confirm if this company is legit, from my experience I can confirm that it is.
