Last min panic getting flight for the next day after complications with original flight and not wanting to go back to the same company, so i phoned The Travel House and spoke with Steve Rogers. He was kind, patient, personable and gave me all the options available and even informed me about other online options not actually being available, which i checked, and he was right. He met all my needs and more and i booked the flight he recommended, without a 50 min transfer in Heathrow (these online deals are sometimes just not possible). I can't recommend him and the company enough. Thanks!

I had to book a last-minute flight to the US for a funeral. :( I usually always book directly through the airline, but The Travel House beat the airline prices by a considerable amount, so after reading the reviews, I booked through them. I am so glad I did - everything was very smooth with my flights & the price was great!

Kevin was my customer service advisor today. He promptly answered my request for assistance at the airport and was very nice, friendly and polite, he also offered his assistance if I needed anything else.

Cheapest flights we could find. Had never even heard of the Travel House before so was a little concerned (price almost too good to be true). However after seeing mostly positive reviews decided to use them. Flights booked and airline reference provided and I have since booked my seats etc online through the airline. Haven’t flown yet but if there are any issues/cancellations at this stage I guess that would be the airline issue and not within the scope of Travel House.

I was suspicious when I saw the prices thinking it must be a scam but not only was the price a third of the what was shown on the airlines on website, I got to deal with a lovely human being - thanks Austin. Will be using the the Travel House for all future flights.
