Been waiting >1 month for a product…

Been waiting >1 month for a product they have had and still have "in stock". Does not answer emails. Scam company Update: They claim to not have any information about my order which is false. I see they also claim the same for other negative reviewers. Still not answering e-mails and flagges my review as illegal to hide it. Their claim was denied by Trustpilot and my review is now visible again. Do not buy from this scam Company. Dispute filed with Mastercard

Very poor quality - not as described

Very poor quality item delivered today. Does not meet size or quality specs. I purchased as a gift but it would be an insult to give it - honestly looks like a cheap dog bed. It is described online as “luxury, chic” and is a bedhead/bolster. Cheap and nasty looking. Covered in lint. Is supposed to be 20cm deep at the base and is only about 1/3 of that. White stitching - not done well - on dark fabric. I am very upset. This was expensive and was meant to be special for someone I love. It is awful. UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO PILLOWHOME’S COMMENT, BELOW: Other reviews suggest your product is in no way “luxurious and chic”. I did contact customer service and - despite the misrepresentation made by PillowHome - no reasonable options have been made available. I have therefore opened a dispute through my credit card company. This is appalling trade practice. Very shoddy.

No more neck pain for hubby

I bought this for my husband, he loves it. He no longer wakes up with neck pain.. very comfortable. My only tip would be so as to use all of the features in the pillow, to have a separate pillowcase that is designed to fit it properly not just the cover that’s on it.

Qualité déplorable. À fuir !

C’est une arnaque, fuyez ! Alors que les photos montrent de magnifiques coussins bien rembourrés qui tiennent tout seul, vous recevrez directement de Chine une horreur toute molle de qualité déplorable… Si vous faites une recherche sur Google, vous verrez que vous trouvez les mêmes pour 40 EUR sur Temu. Et si vous voulez renvoyer le coussin, c’est la que vous comprendrez que vous l’avez dans l’os car s’ils vous disent bien sur leur site que le retour est à vos frais, ils oublient de vous dire que l’article est à renvoyer à Hong Kong, ce qui vous coûtera près de la moitié du remboursement (72 EUR depuis la Belgique) avec une solution de suivi… Mise à jour après la réponse de Thepillowhome : mon numéro de commande est le #1293. Commande en date du 10 juin 2024 pour un coussin wedge de luxe au prix de 168 EUR. Cessez d'insinuer que mon avis est un faux, merci. Par ailleurs, je maintiens qu'il n'est nulle part indiqué sur le site que les commandes sont à renvoyer en Chine.

Had a really nice experience with them

Had a really nice experience with them. Bought a cozyrest and a wedge pillow and the quality of the materials and customer service is unmatched. I will buy from here again!

Low quality product

The pillow I received was nowhere near the same as the photos on the web site. Cushion not plump, thin low quality material, pocket at side different shape, ratty edging. Customer service was very prompt and polite and got back to me straight away. They said to return it to a Chinese address and they will refund. However this will cost me €70-80. I should have checked their return policy before I purchased. I should have read reviews before I purchased. I would not recommend this product
