Expensive, wrong colour sent error NOT rectified
Very expensive pillow compared to other companies, however I still ordered (unfortunately) on October 3 2024. My order took longer for delivery than I expected. When the pillow finally arrived the company had sent a grey pillow instead of the black I ordered. Despite many emails and promises by the company to address the issue, to date nothing has been actioned. So after spending $227 (AUD) I am left with a disjointed look .... a black lounge seat and a grey back cushion!!! Edited 16.12.24 After leaving the first review on here, the Company contacted me to say they were sending a new (Black) pillow out to me. They asked me to remove my review. What I received was a pillow case and buttons, which I assume I was required to sew into place. Sadly, the replacement pillow case was also... GREY! I contacted them immediately on 12.12.24 (with a photo) and to date have not had acknowledgement of my email.
