Constructive feedback re: items and service
The time between ordering and arrival was as described on the website and the item looks and performs as described. There is a small hole in the cover of my large pillow, which doesn't detract from its use but is a bit frustrating given what was paid for the item. I am still awaiting the delivery of my 2nd pillow which is why I hadn't contacted the company to advise of this issue as yet. It felt like along time between ordering and delivery of the first pillow and this generated a nervousness that I may have been scammed...but the first item did arrive within the stated time scale so I cannot criticise this...it may be worth sending additional communications as the item makes its way to the customer, this would be reassuring for those who don't want to keep logging into the item tracking.
