Purchase only if you're ok shipping to China to return
Firstly, 1 of the 2 items received was damage. I requested a refund. They requested pics of the damage in order to process the refund. I send the requested pics. Instead of acknowledging my refund request, they offered to replace the damaged product. I reiterated my refund request. At that point, they said I needed to return the items which I saw as no problem bc the website indicates they're located in New Mexico. The address to where they required I send the items in order to receive a refund is in China. The two ordered items totaled $190. The shipping to China for 1 of the 2 items is $370 and $710 via FedEx and UPS respectively. Their response to my email was to send me their return policy and they again ignored the real issue. Their return policy did not indicate products had to be shipped to China. I find this dishonest/deceptive at worst and conveniently incomplete info at best. I will say the person emailing me was courteous despite ignoring my initial l refund request and later not taking responsibility for non-disclosure of the location to which returns must be shipped.
