I had a great experience with my provider. I initially didn't know what to expect as this was my first tele health appointment but it went surprisingly smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend Teladoc Health.
The chat ended abruptly with no call to reconnect, and sent a visit summary to mark the apptmt complete 19 minutes into a 45 minute appointment. I would not recommend Dr. Tiffany for anyone with ADHD, autism, inquisitive, or any kid or adult wanting help. Does not answer questions with a positive tone, but sounds disinterested and talks down to kids and parents. Reschedules a lot of appointments.
Teledoc is a convenient medical option when your regular physician or medical place is busy. The availability of providers that works with my schedule is awesome as well.

Very short time span from the time I initiated contacted thru the website, paid the copay, spoke with the doctor and went to a local pharmacy to pick up medication prescribed. Very helpful to use this service since many doctors have weeks waiting time and the medical situation did not warrant a trip to urgent care!
Called Teladoc today to get some assistance and did not realize that they could not assist me with my health concern. I spoke on the phone with a provider for less than 60 seconds and was still charged $89 for the service. I was not given a treatment plan, only told she couldn't help and to go somewhere else. Teladoc is great for very basic health services, but nothing more than that.

The whole process was very simple. I downloaded the app, filled in some information, requested a Teledoc appointment and about 10 minutes later I got a call from a Doctor. The Doctor asked me some questions and knew right away what the solution was. He called in a prescription to my local pharmacy and I am on the road to healing. It couldn’t have been more convenient or easier.

My experience with Teladoc was outstanding. I was called within minutes of my request. I was connected to a very knowledgeable doctor that went above and beyond what I expected. He listened to my concerns and provided guidance on how to best heal from my injury as well as how to avoid injury in the future.

Teldoc it’s so incredibly convenient and easy to use. I recently used it for about the fourth time. They have a feature where you can sit in a waiting room in the next doctor available will get to you and I’ve never had to wait more than five minutes to be seen. The zoom feature is great so you can actually see the person you’re talking with I have felt like each doctor I have spoken with has been extremely thorough, extremely informative and listen carefully to my concerns. They ask the appropriate questions and give appropriate medical advice. They’ve also expressed a great deal of care and concern to me as a patient. There are times when it may take me three or four days to get to see a primary care doctor and in this last instance, I had a horrible earache and I really needed something sooner so they were the perfect solution. I will continue to use them in the future.
I had very little wait time before the Doctor came on. I sent pictures ahead of time so they could see what I was dealing with. The Doctor was super nice and helpful. Asked questions and did her best to diagnose the problem. I was shocked at how easy this was and how great it was to not have to drive to the doctor's office for a rash. Prescriptions were prescribed and just had to wait on the pharmacy to pick up. Such a great experience.
