This is my fourth or fifth experience with Teladoc and they’re awesome
Teldoc it’s so incredibly convenient and easy to use. I recently used it for about the fourth time. They have a feature where you can sit in a waiting room in the next doctor available will get to you and I’ve never had to wait more than five minutes to be seen. The zoom feature is great so you can actually see the person you’re talking with I have felt like each doctor I have spoken with has been extremely thorough, extremely informative and listen carefully to my concerns. They ask the appropriate questions and give appropriate medical advice. They’ve also expressed a great deal of care and concern to me as a patient. There are times when it may take me three or four days to get to see a primary care doctor and in this last instance, I had a horrible earache and I really needed something sooner so they were the perfect solution. I will continue to use them in the future.
