The Teledoc therapist I was matched with has been the best therapist I've ever worked with. She's empathetic, knowledgeable on a variety of strategies and super talented with EMDR. She's helped change my life for the better!
Honestly Teledoc can be helpful ONLY if you get the right provider. My husband called cause he's been sick for a little over 2 weeks and needed some antibiotics. He was prescribed one thing but it made him sick so he called asking for something he's used to that cures his upper respiratory infection and doesn't make him sick. Would you believe one of the practitioners told him this was not McDonald's and he can't have this his way then had the audacity to be rushing him off the phone? Seriously?

The Physician asked all the necessary questions and he was aware of my allergies. He was direct and to the point.
The entire process was seamless. Dr was very professional asked relevant questions put in a prescription with an a matter of minutes very pleased with the service.
This was my first experience with Teladoc and I was so impressed with how quickly I was able to speak to a provider. I was able to pick up my antibiotic the same night which was an added bonus. I will definitely be using this service again.

Easy, convenient, and quick! Was able to save me a trip to the pediatrician for my daughter’s rash. Sent the doctor a picture and she was able to diagnose and call in a cream for her in less than ten minutes! Will continue to use and recommend for others.

Dr. Michael Wray is one of the most professional, kind, patient, and authentic medical professionals I’ve had the pleasure of working with. He is attentive, thoughtful, thorough, and knowledgeable. He listened actively, addressed concerns, and allowed me to add additional details without speaking over me. He gave me a thorough care plan, worked with me to determine appropriate testing/bloodwork, and was able to address my concerns without making me feel shameful or embarrassed. An easy to talk to provider, and possibly the best I’ve had virtually OR in person.

Teladoc is great. Only problem is the app is glitchy.
