I was very scared I was bite by a spider and my hand and wrist were swollen. When I spoke with teledoc I was instructed to do several different things to easy the pain and ordered me an antibiotic cream. Service was amazing and so helpful thank you!

The doctor was so sweet and she listened! Provided me with the information I needed all within my home. I am so grateful! The service was fast too, and my prescription was sent in moments to my pharmacy.

Short visit, treated quickly, literally 2 minutes. I was nauseous and meant to ask for something, but the visit was over so quickly. There is no way to reach the doc even immediately afterwards, and I have to make another visit. I'm now on antibiotics, which have made me more nauseous, and I will likely have to go see my primary care.

Dr. Ragukonis was courteous and prompt. He listened to my concerns and gave me great feedback and options to help with my condition. I did not feel rushed during my visit which is a plus and he made sure I understood my medication and treatment plan.

Teladoc made it easy to connect with them concerning my medical issue that day. I used them many times along with family members. I wish they made house calls. They are very trusting, listen to your complaints of sickness and courteous. If you call with the same issue several times they will request you contact your doctor for further testing. They make it so easy sending prescription to my pharmacy.

the nurse was very nice and listened to everything i had to say. she fixed what i needed in a timely manner and was happy to do so. it was nice not having to leave my home and deal with appointments.

The app never works for the video appt. I have to go to the website. Also the app is not what I consider to be user friendly.

Great service! A provider calls you within 10 minutes or less. If medication is required, it's sent to your pharmacy of choice. Great triage!
