Hands down an overall great experience...

Once I finally logged on, the process was very easy. Just started my treatment so I can’t say it worked but I have no reason to think it won’t.

Low cost, fast, convenient, and the providers are always amazing and truly listen to what I am experiencing.

people were nice but the system leaves a lot to be desired. only good if you are curious if you need to go to a doctor. like if you have a cut on your finger and do I need stiches. The doctor was nice, the girl signing me up was ok. Nothing great to say about this. 3 stars because of the doc, she was good enough to warrant more the the system seems useless.

Very simple form to complete for the dermatology request that I needed. Prescription was called into the pharmacy within hours of my request.

I’ve used Teledoc 3 times this year for varying small conditions. At only $50 per call through UHC it is more time effective and cost effective than Urgent Care for my particular issues. All three times the diagnosis and medicines cleared everything up.

I was called back in a timely manner. The provider was concerned and respectful.

When I am not feeling well, the last thing I need is appointments a couple days out or prolonged time in a waiting room. My last call to Teladoc, I had Covid. I took a home test, set an appointment online, talked to a doctor within 10 min, got a text from my pharmacy within an hour, had my meds delivered an hour after that. I laid in my bed and didn't have to risk anyone else.
