The staff was welcoming and the Doctor asked questions he listened to me and did not rush me out he explained things to me and waited to see if I had any questions

The appointment was made within 10 minutes of setting it. I spoke with a live doctor and was able to video chat so my skin condition could be viewed. I also uploaded pictures in advance of appointment as well. A prescription was called in. This saved waiting hours at urgent care. All total this took 15 minutes from start to finish. The pharmacist took longer to complete the prescription.

It was efficient and professional, and extremely easy to navigate

Teladoc was an easy platform to use, it provides 24/7 access to general healthcare, and I hardly had any wait time to speak to a provider. I had been battling severe sore throat for a week and didn't want to wait to find/schedule with a PCP. I was able to speak with a provider over the phone at 930pm on a Friday night and explain what was going on. He was able to assess based on our conversation and a picture I uploaded and wrote me a prescription for antibiotics. I was able to pick those up first thing the next morning and by the next day I was already feeling better. Wish I would have done the visit sooner.

It was 4am and the doctor called right away and got an antibiotic called in asap. Very thankful for him and this app. 🩷

Being sick in the weekend, sometimes really difficult and this app really helped. The doctor was amazing. He called me a timely manner. He listened to what I need. He’s spending time asking me the right questions and was able to give me the medication. I need to go through the weekend until I can see my doctor.

I was suffering from a sinus infection with severe headache and wasn't able to drive I felt dizzy. Called my dr and she was out for the week and there was no room for nurse practitioner to see me so she asked me to go into walking clinic or emergency room. I couldn't drive the way I was feeling. I called Teladoc and within 5 minutes i received a call from Teladoc Doctor who understood me and prescribed me the antibiotics i needed. Thank you Teladoc

Both professionals have been extremely patient and supportive of me. It took me a long time to use the service because I was skeptical that I would receive good care but I’m so glad I finally did. The only way I can see his face is to go on my PC rather than my cell phone, which I prefer
