When you are sick and don't feel like getting out of bed, this process has proven to be the best alternative to an in-person doctor's office. There have been times when I've sat among other sick people, waiting to see the doctor, and wondered whether I would catch what the other patients have, and I'm sure they've wondered the same thing too. TelaDoc was so convenient and easy to use. The doctor called at the scheduled time, listened to my symptoms, explained everything, as well as the next steps. Additionally, I like the fact that I received a summary on the app. as well. There was no need to take notes. I will continue to use Teladoc Health when it is appropriate.

The wait time was short, the doctor was professional, empathetic and helpful. He had a correct diagnosis almost immediately and explained everything so I could understand what was happening clearly. My prescription was sent immediately and I woke up the next morning almost pain free

The dr was respectful, helpful, kind and understanding. The response was quick and the process was easy. I was able to get my medicine quickly without leaving my vacation. I was able to choose a pharmacy near my rential. Thank you very much.

Yesterday afternoon, I had my first experience with Teladoc Health, a service offered free through my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, and I’m genuinely impressed. The process began with a polite and friendly call center agent who clearly explained everything and guided me through registering my account over the phone. Within minutes, he had scheduled a video call with a doctor. The wait time was minimal. The doctor was warm, attentive, and quick to understand my concerns. He prescribed a medication that was sent straight to my local pharmacy -- and I was able to pick it up just moments later. The medication was affordable, and new to me, which made the efficiency even more appreciated. Best of all, by this morning, I already felt better. From start to finish, it was a smooth and reassuring experience. Kudos to BCBC and Teladoc Health. Please keep up the excellent work. And thank you!

I did not get my prescription since it was not filled

I had a very short wait for a provider. This morning I woke up with an itchy and red eye and decided to give Teledoc a try vs getting in to see my PCP. The provider was friendly and helpful. I was even given a couple of prescriptions. Very pleased with the ease of service for a simple medical issue. This was my first use of the medical side of Teledoc. Thanks for providing such a wonderful service.

Hi just wish that after seeing the several different pictures of the severe skin rash that I was having that he would have not picked up the call. It's my understanding if your requesting pictures to be sent when possible, why would a regular Dr pick up the call should it not have been rotated to a Dermatologist on call? It wound up being Poison Oak. Dr suggested may be shingles. I explained I was in zero pain just bad bad itching . He suggested everyone's level of pain is different and that I should go straight to Emergency Room may be Bacteria infection. Like I said I think if you're asking for pictures such in my case than someone should be monitoring the calls to be sent to a least someone who is more of a specialist in that field of skin.

I scheduled a visit via the Teledoc app. I was called quickly and the Dr announced he was licensed in the state I'm in. I had a little bit of trouble understanding him due to his accent. He didnt mind I had to ask again about the instructions for care. Thank you I am already feeling better.

Teladoc is provider offered through my current employer. I was able to sign up and input my medical information very quickly. I had my first visit within fifteen minutes of registering. I highly recommend Teladoc to any professional or applicant.

She was very kind and professional she listened to what I had to say and was very concerned with Health issues I had.

My issue was addressed and handled quickly and efficiently with good results. I love not having to leave work to "see" a Dr. Keeps me being productive and from waiting in a room full of "sick" people being exposed to other issues.

I needed immediate help and signed up. I was given the help with my eye condition instantly. The person I spoke to listened to my problem and helped me. That is what I liked. From filling out my info, to seeing the doc and picking up my prescription, the entire experience was seamless, and I would recommend Teledoc to anyone with non-emergency issues. The Doc was thorough, yet efficient and within a more than acceptable time frame did he conclude our visit. The only thing was there were some technical difficulties, but not sure whose end it was on. Aside from that it was a great experience.
