Signed up for a phone visit for a UTI. The Dr came on within 5 minutes, then proceeded to tell me he is not allowed to treat a UTI for anyone over 60 years old. I told him to cancel then and refund my prepaid $55. He said he could not but I should call customer service or email them which I did. I have yet to hear anything back and have not received the refund. My account specially has my age so why would it allow me to schedule the visit. They basically can not treat anything and a total waste of money.

We had used Teledoc in 2020, had no complaints and I believed that it would be the same experience- unfortunately it was not, felt rushed, stressed and incomplete with the initial consultation-

CARING AND UNDERSTANDING

Dr. Patel was very fast to call me after I requested a call on line. Dr. Patel was very professional and she explained in detail how to take the medication that she had prescribed. Dr. Patel let me speak and then she asked questions and she prescribed RX and over the counter medication.

The provider looked over the photos I sent, then spent a nice amount of time asking me questions about my symptoms. She made a solid diagnosis and prescribed medication that is already making me feel better less than 24 hours later!

Very easy to connect online and did not have to wait long. The doctor was informative and listened to the issues I was having. The visit went well. I was scared due to it being my first time having a virtual dr appointment but it went smoothly.

Easy of use was great and the provider was very knowledgeable. Far more effective than going to an Urgent Care.

I like she sent me antibiotic ,I hope it works soon! I don't like her scolding attitude and abrupt cut off. Never discussed what meds she was ordering and why? I have plenty of Nasacort here yet she duplicated my otc med.

My provider was exactly what I needed. Asked questions pertaining to my past and current lifestyle and responded honestly

I was sick with upper respiratory infection. Had two Teladoc visits over four days both providers refused to order me antibiotics or steroids. Ended up having to leave my home to go to urgent care to get the medication I needed. Would not recommend Teladoc at all.

The doctor was wonderful. She's very knowledgeable and gave me great insight into some of the medication that I am taking. She did not hurry me along either which I thought was nice. Very happy!!

Dietician was very helpful, setting me up on a meal plan, explaining the importance of portion size, suggesting strength training exercises, etc. I felt like she really cares and wants me to achieve my goals
