This is such a great platform when you need a doctor in a pinch. No waiting on phones and hoping you can be seen ASAP. Takes less than a minute to schedule a request and then speaking to a healthcare professional in 10.

My issues were addressed instantly. When you don’t feel well, the last thing you want to do is go to a doctor or urgent care. I am so grateful this was an option and the medication is working!

Teladoc is fast, convenient, helpful and has nothing but great providers. When I am in a panic or need a prescription, I always know I can count on Teladoc to help me out. They are never too busy for me. Thank you Teladoc for always being helpful and kind at the same time.

My wife and I have used TELADOC multiple time over the past several years. I have always been treated respectfully. The doctors have all been so knowledgeable and friendly. I have recommended this service to all my relatives and friends.

Fiz minha consulta online ontem (03/07) com o Dr. Diogo Lima. Não senti muita empatia por parte dele. Ele tinha conhecimento prévio dos meus sintomas (rouquidão, inflamação na garganta e calafrios). Me ligou às 22:19, disse que não conseguia me ouvir e que eu tinha que tentar falar melhor (o que me custava imenso porque estou rouca). A ligação durou 3 min, ele disse que enviaria um e-mail com pedido de informação médica, no e-mail, não havia sugestão de como eu deveria enviar as fotos que ele pediu, apenas tinha a assinatura do mesmo, o que não ajuda em nada. Não havia sequer um: tente tirar uma foto mais próxima possível da sua garganta para que eu possa avaliar. Apenas às 22:57, o médico me liga dizendo que não consegue dar o diagnóstico porque não conseguiu avaliar bem as fotos porque não tirei uma foto tão clara assim da garganta (não tive qualquer instrução sobre isso) e disse-me que eu deveria ser avaliada presencialmente. Não recebi um relatório médico, ou sequer um e-mail com essa declaração. Senti mesmo falta de empatia e respeito comigo.

Amazing service . Fast and reliable.

Very efficient and thorough. The appointment was not only over the weekend but it was faster and more convenient, and the doctor cared about my health.

I had a visit with Kendra Garcia, FNP through Teladoc for a sinus infection I had for 12 days. She clearly told me I needed amoxicillin (with clavulanate), confirmed the exact Walgreens pharmacy in Great Falls Plaza, Sterling VA, and said she would send the prescription over. But when I showed up at the pharmacy two days later — nothing was sent. I checked the Teladoc app, and there was no record of a prescription at all. I called Teladoc customer service, and they were completely useless. They admitted there was no prescription in the system, wouldn’t let me talk to the same nurse again, and told me my only options were to: 1. Pay again to schedule a new visit (even though it was their mistake), or 2. Leave a voicemail for their pharmacy team, with all my personal info, and hope someone gets back to me “eventually.” Unbelievable. I waited two days sick, paid for a visit, got NO prescription, and no help at all. Kendra forgot to submit the medication. Teladoc’s system doesn’t allow follow-up or corrections. Their service is broken and borderline scammy. I’m done with this platform.

I love the easiness to find a provider, download the app and get an appointment. I tried to get an in person appointment near me and it was literally impossible. Teladoc offered simple access to professionals in the comfort of your own home.

I love the teladoc option. I tried it the first time when my child got lice at school and a second time for a UTI. It took less than 5 minutes after requesting a visit for the doctor to call me both times. It’s so convenient and I don’t have a copay with my insurance plan. The treatment/prescriptions worked well both times.

Teladoc was a fabulous resource to use. Service was great, representative was awesome, and the Dr was great. Quick, simple, and convenient.

I spoke to a doctor within 10 of submitting my issue. She listened to my problem, proscribed meds and my pharmacy texted an hour later my rx was ready for pick up. Great, fast service and quickly back to feeling better.

Doc was good, but technology sucked! Also, if you are ill and tired, dont waste your time filing out what seems to be pages of online admin forms that go on and on and on. Definitely did NOT meet expectations!

A telephone appointment was available within 10 minutes of my request. Much faster than any urgent care clinic around! Dr. Tobias was kind, compassionate and knowledgeable, made me feel at ease when describing my symptoms and he prescribed the medication to resolve them. I will definitely use this service in the future.
