This was my first experience with using Teladoc Health. I received immediate help for treatment of a eye infection. I spoke with Patricia T. and received a prescription immediately to my pharmacy. This is day two of my treatment and have noticeable relief to the condition. This service is truly remarkable and I cannot express how truly grateful I am for the service. Patricia T., you were such a remarkable professional and pleasure to talk to.

Teladoc charged me $89 for a service they knew they couldn’t provide. They told me they don’t treat kids under 13 — then took my money anyway and refused to refund it. That’s not a misunderstanding, that’s theft. This isn’t an isolated case — just check the hundreds of similar complaints. They’re not even accredited by the BBB because they know what they’re doing wouldn’t hold up under scrutiny. How is it legal to charge people for a service you refuse to deliver? It’s deceptive, it’s unethical, and it should be investigated. If you’ve been scammed by Teladoc, speak up. I was very pleased with my provider. She took her time to listen to me. We came up with a plan together. Looking forward to my next sessions with her.

The call with the doctor was fine when I finally connected. But the process to connect was absurb. Teladoc sent me an email with the wrong URL to connect. I called and got the right URL. Next I could log onto their site with Firefox, but the video wouldn't launch. Same thing with Chrome. Finally get CoPilot to log on and launch the video. I could see and hear the doctor, but he could not hear me. We gave up and just used a cell phone call.

The ease of, and speed, to connect with a doctor able to help me and send me a prescription are unbeatable. What a wonderful alternative! Nothing worse than waking up with awful UTI symptoms on a Saturday morning. I am so thankful for Teladoc’s simplicity and speed!
