I’ve been on time for my appointment and again nobody turned up. An appalling service. This has happened 3 times now.

Quick call back in less than 10 minutes. Thorough but quick, sent in prescription immediately.

The provider was professional and compassionate. She prescribed two medications that quickly improved my condition. Now I can enjoy the rest of my vacation.

It was my first time using a telehealth service and was pretty let down. I'm not surprised they have little power as far as references but I didn't foresee someone whose job it is to speak to people via the phone to have such bad phone manners. I had a long list of symptoms but due to his shortness and the way he told me to stop speaking; I didn't feel comfortable to keep going and just told him about one symptom. When I went to urgent care to get blood work as he recommended they felt uncomfortable and told me to go to the er due to my symptoms.

Didn't have to wait long and was able to get medicine prescribed and picked up on a Sunday. Very convenient.

I had heard good things previously. However, having to pay upfront, then being told to go see my PCP anyway, it was a waste of money. She was very nice, but I also feel like I was rushed. It's always good to have a second opinion, but I wasn't even asked to show her my swollen ankles.

This is a no brainer, get the help you need when you need it from awesome providers! I love Teledoc. Both via video and via phone!

My counselor Angela Kibble is excellent! I really appreciate her and her care. She is very qualified and goes beyond for her patients.

Wasn’t sure about Teladoc but that change the second time I used them . Had a question about my dosage and called to support and they resolved my issue right away very happy using them.

Suzanne Johnson-Grace is a wonderful therapist. I feel like she really listens to my issues and provides positive feedback. The Teledoc messaging system needs some work though. I kept getting emails and text messages saying I had a new message and that I needed to sign in to review. There were no new messages. One even said that if I didn't my appointment would be cancelled.

I was not feeling well and so I went through my insurance website and accessed the virtual care section. I chose Teladoc, explained my symptoms, chose a video call and was in the waiting room for maybe five minutes when a doctor connected with me. I shared my symptoms with the doctor. He agreed with what I thought it could be, stated that he was prescribing medication and that I should feel better within two days and if not to see my regular doctor. The doctor himself was thorough and quick, which I did not mind because you know it’s best to get to the point when you’re not feeling well. He sent the prescription over, my pharmacy received it and within 10 minutes they had it ready for me to pick up.
