It was my first time using a telehealth service and was pretty let down. I'm not surprised they have little power as far as references but I didn't foresee someone whose job it is to speak to people via the phone to have such bad phone manners. I had a long list of symptoms but due to his shortness and the way he told me to stop speaking; I didn't feel comfortable to keep going and just told him about one symptom. When I went to urgent care to get blood work as he recommended they felt uncomfortable and told me to go to the er due to my symptoms.
