Prescription took over 24 hours to receive. I could have been to urgent care and back with subscription filled before 24 hours. Not sure I will use again.

I explained my wheezing (asthmatic) in a way I felt was weird after I said it and the doctor completely got it and I am feeling so much better today.

Unbelievably easy! I don’t know why I didn’t use Teledoc before. I saved myself time from not only driving to urgent care and waiting in the waiting room. Instead I was in the comfort of my own home, in bed waiting for the doctor to call. It was painlessly easy. After telling the doctor my symptoms he was able to diagnose and send my meds to the pharmacy! I WILL definitely be using TELEDOC again!

Quick and Friendly. There wasn't a long wait to see a doctor. She was friendly and understood the condition I had. Her response was kind and knew exactly what medication to subscribe to clear up my condition.

I have now had several sessions using Teladoc and I love the ease and convenience of finding a doctor, a therapist or even a nutritionist.

I contacted teladoc to treat a uti. The provider toni sharon assigned to Me was anything but concern and professional. From the beginning of the call she sounded annoyed and uninterested to hear my issues. I tried to explain to toni sharon of my discomfort and pain, she would rudely cut me off and repeatly say according to our guide lines I can't not prescibe you anything cause it sound like kidney issue. When I tried to explain toni sharon rudely hung up on me. Today 7-14-25 at 8:00 am I went to an urgent care clinic where they tested my urine and PRESCRIBED medication for a uti. Had the provider listen to my issues instead of hanging up on me I would have started treatment sooner. If you value your health this provider toni sharon is someone I highly recommend you do not go to if you need help in your time of need. I contact teladoc gave them all my information and started a dispute to refund my insurance. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and UNCARING. Teledoc sends out the same generated automated responds to all who give a negative review. Sad Teledoc was once a very reliable place to call knowing there were providers who cared. Now its like playing the lotto when you are connected to a provider, your hoping for a winner again sad. If this negligent type of care continues I can predict teladoc becoming extinct and urgent care clinics rising.

The service was absolutely excellent. The provider listened and knew exactly what I was going through. Less than 10 mins after the phone call, my prescriptions were already sent to my pharmacy and everything was hassle free, quick and easy.

Relatively easy to connect. Dr. call back was rapid. Was easy to obtain a med for an ailment that revisits me once in a while.

My overall experience was great. The appointment was easy to schedule. The provider could not have been nicer. I really enjoyed my time talking with her. I would recommend it to anyone.

I found my new mental health provider on Teledoc and I have to say that I absolutely adore her. I'm so excited for my treatments now that I can put a label on emotions that I didn't understand before as well as how to have enough self-awareness to recognize how to deal with them. I feel like I can be comfortable in my own skin again!
