This process is pretty streamlined to get a telehealth doctor. I love that they hear you and respect your privacy, time and have a sense of urgency.

This time when I used teladoc I was ushered off quickly. The doc was straightforward but right, could have been more sympathetic. I wish they would have specific questions that you could answer before you talk to an actual doctor, that way it would avoid a possible fee if the doc says he can’t treat you for bacterial pneumonia. At least he got the diagnosis correct.
The provider called me back in a timely manner and listen to what I had to say and was very caring
I got help right away. It resolved my concern over the phone without visiting the doctor's office. Also my Rx was filled and I started my treatment.

This is my third time using Teladoc. I appreciate being able to receive treatment immediately. I take my 84 year old husband to many doctor appointments. Seems like we have an appointment for something every week! For my condition your service saves me valuable time and provides me with an excellent doctor. #WIN!
The doctor I had was extremely patient and took the time to answer my questions,even after several minutes of me going on and on about my situation. It was an extremely professional and efficient doctor's visit.and I really was apprehensive about anything over video instead of in person but it turns out this experience was better than any other appointment I've had in person with a doctor. Because the customer service was excellent and he took the time to actually help me understand and explain to him what was going on with me, you just don't get that these days anywhere else!! Thanks again Teladoc for helping me so quickly!!
Provider service was okay I just don't think that the right medication was subscribed to me for my situation.
My teledoc appointment was very disappointing and completely useless. I need an antibiotic to get rid of my sore throat. The doctor asked me if I was congested? I told him not really. He said it's not strep, you've got a sore throat because of your sinus congestion. He was only going to prescribe something for sinus congestion even though I told him I wasn't really congested! What a waste of time and money!
My provider was rude, condescending and rushed. She didn't listen to what I had to say, she didnt ask many questions and wrote off what Im experiencing. Not happy.
Teledoc was fast and easy. The Dr. was friendly and personable. She understood what was needed and prescribed medicine quickly. My son feels better today because of it.
The doctor listened and offered helpful ideas, plus prescriptions for two new kinds of medication. So far, they are helping. I was impressed with the physician's knowledge and willingness to help me. Days before I had gone to the Reston Hospital Emergency Room -- usually excellent, but this time the doctor didn't listen, didn't care, barely helped, went through the motions. This was my first telemedicine consultation with a doctor I didn't previously know. A good experience!
This is a great service that people should take advantage of. This was the first time of talking with a dietitian and found it very helpful. I have used in the past for medical help too. Always had a good experience.
I was unable to get a response from my primary care physician to receive Paxlovid for Covid-19. I tested at home and I am high risk and needed to start on the antiviral ASAP. Teledoc saved me from an unnecessary hospitalization. I am so glad I now have a Teledoc account as my backup plan. The appointment was quick and efficient. Opening an account before you have an emergency is a good first step.
Provider was nice, the video quality was horrible, but all in all very thankful for the service!
They quickly diagnosed my infected knee and prescribed me meds to get it healed up quickly.
The convenience of TeleDoc is great. When you are too sick to leave home and need to see a doctor this is great. I used the service once and will definitely recommend it to anyone.
The therapist is easy to talk to. I can tell she is truly listening, and offers helpful advice. Teladoc app is easy to use as well.
I had an appointment scheduled with a provider. I sat on video for a half an hour waiting for the provider to show up. I decided to call the customer service line to see what was going on and as I was doing so I got completely kicked off of the video call, followed by a message saying my appointment had been cancelled and that I'd be charged a $50 fee. The provider never emailed me, called me, nothing. No response to any of my messages. And this particular appointment was for mental health services, which should be taken seriously. I am extremely frustrated, wasted a good portion of my day after moving my work schedule around and the lady on the phone through customer service barely spoke English and was of no help or assistance. Honestly the most unprofessional experience of my life and this is coming from someone who has dealt with a plethora of health issues and doctors.
