Professional medical service via my phone! The doctor reviewed my paperwork, listen to my history and symptoms. He developed a treatment plan and forwarded the prescriptions to my local pharmacy all taking about an hour. I highly recc. this service if too sick to get out of bed or off on a vacation that isn’t going as planned. Thanks!

I had a very disappointing experience with a medical assistant during my recent Teledoc visit. She came across as dismissive and uninterested in what I had to say. I was trying to explain my symptoms by comparing them to migraines, but instead of listening, she questioned my other diagnosed medical conditions in a way that felt accusatory. It seemed like she didn’t believe me and treated the conversation as if I was wasting her time. I expected a more respectful and supportive interaction, especially when discussing health concerns.
