My therapist Jackie was very kind and patient. Allowed me to tell my story. I have a long way to go but I feel with her help I might have a chance to overcome my social anxiety.

The doctor did not rush through the appointment. She listened to my concerns and explained clearkly my options for over the counter treatments.

Was on vacation and needed antibiotics. I put in for a call. They called me back within 5 minutes. They have you use your location so there is no confusion on what pharmacy is near by. You pick it. Both times I had to use it the pharmacy called me within 15 minutes to let me know my medication was ready. Both times, from start to finish wasn’t more than 30 minutes. The time I saved was incredible. The Nurse Practitioner was very helpful, attentive, personable and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend this website enough.

Very dissatisfied, could not even understand the provider I was speaking to. I was also told that I could get a refill on my medication and it was quite the contrary. Called customer service asking for my money back based on the fact that I could not understand the provider they spoke broken English They said they would expedite it, meantime, the fee for the 2 minute appointment was already withdrawn from my account. Less then 1 star should be available.

I like the available appointment times. It really helps with full time workers!

The experience was extremely easy to do. It was my first time using it. It was quick, respectful, and exactly what I needed. I was at work when I needed help, and I got the help I needed quickly.

This was the second call I had to do in 6 days. I was bit by something poisonous and asked for steroids. The first doctor gave me antihistamines. I finished those and was still having issues with the venom spreading. I called again. This doctor did not look at my records from the last visit. Again I asked for steroids. He wanted me to take Aleve and Zyrtec. He never asked when I got bit. I told him it had been 2 weeks and he said “oh in that case steroids are what you need.” Honestly I have had good results in the past. I just think the 2 doctors I had just didn’t do a good job of listening to me.

Easy way to get a primary care doctor. Convenient too. And the doctor seems knowledgeable.

Everything was great, she listened to my symptoms, provided solutions and sent my scripts in expeditiously to the pharmacy!
