My doctor is absolutely the best! She has helped me in so many ways. I got very lucky that I was matched w/her. I hope to be on her care for awhile. I just can’t explain how grate she really is.

I think this is an excellent way to get quick help when you know what is going on with your health and need an antibiotic. I’ve been very satisfied with the care provided.

Very convenient and very easy. Took about 5 minutes to set the Appoinment and about 2 minutes later I received the call. Saved me a trip to urgent care and time.

Very efficient service. Expedient and attentive to my symptoms as described by the pictures. Much easier than sitting in a room for hours waiting for someone to service your needs. Great way to get service quickly.

I’m not saying the professional isn’t correct in diagnosis or treatment recommendations but to pay $54 for less than a 7 minute call with no prescriptions / no advice other than to let it take its course and see a doctor if it doesn’t improve in 2 weeks total seems like a waste of time / money. I usually give Teledoc 5 stars. This is the first time I wasn’t impressed and I wished I hadn’t called. $$$$

Filled out a few quick details on the app and within 10 minutes I received a phone call. Sinus infection was the diagnosis with antibiotics prescribed. I was able to pick up my medication at my nearby pharmacy within the hour after the call.

I had had surgery earlier in the week, but I couldn’t get a hold of my regular provider on the weekend. I didn’t think I needed to go to the ER, but wanted to talk over my symptoms with someone. The Teladoc provider listened carefully to what I had to say and provided me with the information I needed. five stars.

Doctor called on time at 7 AM on a Saturday morning. The medicine he prescribed so far has done its job with my diagnosis.
