Quick and thorough help
I was not feeling well and so I went through my insurance website and accessed the virtual care section. I chose Teladoc, explained my symptoms, chose a video call and was in the waiting room for maybe five minutes when a doctor connected with me. I shared my symptoms with the doctor. He agreed with what I thought it could be, stated that he was prescribing medication and that I should feel better within two days and if not to see my regular doctor. The doctor himself was thorough and quick, which I did not mind because you know it’s best to get to the point when you’re not feeling well. He sent the prescription over, my pharmacy received it and within 10 minutes they had it ready for me to pick up.
