Great price and very good coverage. We have unlimited calls, texts, data. Never had any issues at all

Recently went to the EU on hols. Read the roaming page information and expected it to swap over without issues. What happened instead was I was left stranded with no coverage whatsoever. I had to purchase an ESim from another provider to get internet to get able to do anything and go anywhere!!! I got onto Superdrug via the chat, whilst polite they were absolutely no help. They then abandoned looking into it and then when I got home 3 days later I received a message saying "we can see your service is operational now, glad it's all resolved" It's not resolved though!!! And if I go abroad again, the same thing is to be happen. So, after a long time customer of superdrug I will be leaving. I asked for them to cover the cost of my esim but even that was too much for them, and eventually they offered a "goodwill gesture" covering half the cost of the SIM. Stressful, unnecessary, ridiculous and zero interest in trying to resolve it whilst I was abroad.

Incredible, immediate, personal support from Nazia after my phone was stolen and the re-activation of my SIM expired, because I could not access my new phone as an international who travels a lot. I received some free credit to my account when I explained the situation I was in and was treated in a very humane way. Could not ask for a better service provider!

Martha was really helpful today. I needed my mobile number changed and they were quick and pleasant.

Have used a Superdrug mobile sim with Superdrug for a few years now and find it absolutely brilliant with no network issues at all. Was able to transfer across my old mobile number and the whole process is very simple. Cheap sim deal on at the moment, see in store for details! Mateusz at the mobile customer services is great.

I was always going to visit Superdrug for a sim once I retired. Which i did to get my outgoing down Carmen, Maria and Joshua have all been so helpful.

I am in Spain and could not use my SIM to access data. Not sure why ...Joshua provided a process that enabled me to use sim for data. Still not sure why there was an issue to start with but so happy it is now sorted.

I had an issue with my Superdrug password, but I spoke to Nazia and she sorted it for me.
