I bought a SIM card and then found out I can’t use it as my phone only takes eSIM’s. Nazia was very helpful in finding out how to return the card and get a refund.
Carmen just helped me sort my mobile account out as was having issues, was fast and efficient on her replies and had it escalated within 10 mins to the technical team. Really helpful can’t fault the service

Clearly the reviews aren’t genuine here, because I’ve had absolutely nothing but problems since I switched to Superdrug. There’s constantly something wrong going on with my plans / data / SIM etc and I’ve had to request for 2 replacement sims in the span of a few months due to them randomly not working full stop. I will 100% be switching after my plan is over this month. Don’t waste your time.
