Zero roaming coverage!!!!
Recently went to the EU on hols. Read the roaming page information and expected it to swap over without issues. What happened instead was I was left stranded with no coverage whatsoever. I had to purchase an ESim from another provider to get internet to get able to do anything and go anywhere!!! I got onto Superdrug via the chat, whilst polite they were absolutely no help. They then abandoned looking into it and then when I got home 3 days later I received a message saying "we can see your service is operational now, glad it's all resolved" It's not resolved though!!! And if I go abroad again, the same thing is to be happen. So, after a long time customer of superdrug I will be leaving. I asked for them to cover the cost of my esim but even that was too much for them, and eventually they offered a "goodwill gesture" covering half the cost of the SIM. Stressful, unnecessary, ridiculous and zero interest in trying to resolve it whilst I was abroad.
