I bought a SIM card and then found out I can’t use it as my phone only takes eSIM’s. Nazia was very helpful in finding out how to return the card and get a refund.

Quick and easy online Comms Unfortunately the problem couldn't be resolved due to a glitch with my email address. The userid and password didn't match, yet it was correct so created a new account, but then a vicious cycle went around and around saying, account already exists. CS, namely, Marta, Mateusz and Vinnie, worked very hard, even reset my password (twice) but even then it wouldn't work and I couldn't login to activate my roaming, 30 day rolling contract SIM. I now need to wait 5 days, but by then I'll be back in the UK

Mateusz was excellent, assisting me changing my number as I was receiving to many spam text, even if I blocked them they still kept on texting me. Having issues with my mobile data, spoke to Michael & he checked my postcode & advised me that there is network congestion in the area which has impacted on network speeds he also took the time to check that the settings in my phone were up to date which they wasn't so thank you for that., perfect customer support as always

Been with Superdrug mobile for yrs only had one problem come Jan 2025 but was all sorted they are very helpful at Superdrug mobile just rung them today to get my phone number changed and Mateusz was very and helped changed my phone number in a matter of minutes. Hopefully there won't be any more problems
I've noticed some reviews here may not be genuine, so I'd like to share my experience to see how long Superdrug takes to address it. My SIM card never arrived, and after inquiring, I was told it was lost in the mail and I'd need to buy a replacement. They wouldn't refund the original SIM card, meaning I'd have to pay twice. I mentioned a potential bank dispute, after which they offered £5 compensation. Then, I received an email stating my SIM was activated, which I didn't do, and I didn't receive a prior email; how is that possible? I explained this was unsatisfactory and that I'd obtain a SIM card in-store. I gave them another opportunity to cancel my plan and refund me to avoid a double charge, but they declined.
