I've just moved house and have no mobile signal on my phone so I'm changing my mobile network for the first time. Nazia was very patient and helpful. I had to resurrect my beauty card, which was linked to a very old email address and then import my old number. She sorted it all out very quickly and efficiently. The staff in the Maidstone Mall store were also great.

There was an error with my mobile plan getting renewed and Mateusz went above and beyond to get it sorted for me! Thanks so much for all your help!

I have been with Superdrug since they started offering a mobile service, I use it both in UK and Europe and rarely have I had a problem with a service if there has been a problem they are easy to contact efficient and helpful to top it all great plans great value for money.

Very easy to set up. No contact and can use abroad in contact. Mateusz was extremely helpful on the chat when I need help with ending my contract.

The online chat is very helpful! I spoke to a very lovely advisor by the name Courtney, and was very satisfied with how quickly and efficiently my problem was resolved :)

So I got charged twice when I renewed my mobile plan. I thought it was going to take me ages to sort out but I was pleasantly surprised to find my matter sorted in a few minutes due to proficiency which was given by COURTNEY who resolved my issue in next to no time. Thank You so much for your help Courtney in sorting this matter out so quickly. I wish everyone knew their job as well as you obviously do.
