Have been a customer of the network for a very long, had a problem today that I contacted support over. I got somebody named Carmen who quickly helped me solve the problem. Can't recommend enough and thank you once again Carmen.

I was helped by Courtney who was very patient and understanding regarding my query. It was a quick and easy process and they was very attentive and quick with response. Overall very helpful and great service.

To be honest it's a rubbish network, ment to be run by 3, get no signal what so ever, which resulted in not being able to unlock phone kept saying pin was in correct when it was correct the whole time which then resulted in being completely locked out of the phone. I've cancelled my auto renew and got a pac code and am moving else where.
