Missing Sim and try to charge me twice
I've noticed some reviews here may not be genuine, so I'd like to share my experience to see how long Superdrug takes to address it. My SIM card never arrived, and after inquiring, I was told it was lost in the mail and I'd need to buy a replacement. They wouldn't refund the original SIM card, meaning I'd have to pay twice. I mentioned a potential bank dispute, after which they offered £5 compensation. Then, I received an email stating my SIM was activated, which I didn't do, and I didn't receive a prior email; how is that possible? I explained this was unsatisfactory and that I'd obtain a SIM card in-store. I gave them another opportunity to cancel my plan and refund me to avoid a double charge, but they declined.
