Dissatisfaction with the overall service
The check-in process was very poorly organized — the queues were extremely long, and the progress was very slow. My family and I were genuinely worried we wouldn’t make it to our flight on time. Boarding was also frustrating. Despite purchasing more expensive seats specifically to receive priority boarding, we were made to wait with a child while passengers seated in rows18 to 34 boarded first. This completely defeated the purpose of paying extra and left us very disappointed with the experience.
