check in not available online on app or website, so they can charge you at airport, criminals!

2x online ingecheckt, geld wordt wel afgeschreven maar ontvang geen bevestiging. Zoals ik de recensies lees kan ik naar mijn geld fluiten.

Website was easy to use, we did online check in the night before, we arrived at the terminal, we scanned our boarding passes on the kiosk, dropped the bags, it took no more than 5 minutes, flight was delayed for an hour, but the flight itself was good and flight crew was friendly, good experience overall

website and app is poor, nor working very well. Does not senkronise. blacksea way tickets are so expensive. Flying days is less.

Bin gestern wieder mit mit der Sunexpress geflogen bin bereits mehrfach mit SunExpress geflogen und war jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Bis jetzt habe ich keinerlei negative Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Besatzung war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Der Service an Bord war in allen Bereichen top – von der Begrüßung bis zur Landung fühlte man sich gut aufgehoben. Alles verlief reibungslos und angenehm. Ich fliege gerne wieder mit SunExpress und kann die Airline absolut weiterempfehlen!

Habe nur positive Erfahrung gemacht, super freundliches Personal, Für Reisen in die Türkei 🇹🇷 würde ich immer wieder Sun Express wählen Danke

Easy to use site. Booked with TUI so was a little apprehensive at having to select seats or upgrade baggage allowance once I’d paid for the holiday. However, once I’d gone onto the site it was quick, clear and easy to use.

No problems at all , both flights on time ,app could be a bit more helpful

Flug CGN-AYT 10.07 Es war ein sehr angenehmer flug da der flug von einer Partner Gesellschaft durchgeführt wurde war die Kommunikation Englisch/Türkisch dennoch sehr zu empfehlen Rückflug AYT-CGN 18.07.2025 Flug mit einer modernen B737 sehr freundliche Crew nur die Kommunikation vom Piloten könnte besser sein Ich werde SunExpress immer wieder für meinen Urlaub wählen

0 étoiles c’est impossible à mettre malheureusement : Honteux avion overbooké. Aucune infos. Personne pour nous aider. Abandonnés dans l’aéroport pendant plus de 3h, tirez votre plan! Finalement nous sommes arrivés à destination avec plus 6h de retard et 2 avions séparés. PLUS JAMAIS!

We booked to take the grandchildren to Antalya Turkey. The process was easy, price was good too, but that's when it got interesting. We booked our seats & paid for them & then tried to check in as it said you could! THEIR ONLINE CHECK IN IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL, the worse I have come accrues, tafter entering 8 passengers details it crashed! Not once, twice, 3,4,5,6,7 times I evrntydlly lost the will as entering 8 passengers details & passport details is not a two min job! That includes the app too! It said £25 pp check in at the airport if you don't check in! Hence trying so many times, right upto chevon in day. But when I arrived at the airport they didn't charge, not here in Manchester or Antalya to be fair! Apart from this the check in staff were amazing as were the crew on board & the flight itself was lovely!

Ich bin mit Sunexpress geflogen. Das es sich hier um eine Billigairline handelt bei der man für alle Service zusätzlich bezahlen muss, ist klar. Von daher möchte ich dazu gar nichts schreiben. Was aber absolut nicht in Ordnung ist: Sie haben meinen Koffer am Flughafen zerstört und SunExpress lehnt eine Schadensmeldung ab.

Easy to book, good price, comfortable seats and friendly staff . One thing that although didn't effect me,was it would be good if you could say that you only accepted euros and cards for paying on flight for food and drinks

Abzocke beim Check in. Kostenpflichtig. Online check in nicht möglich . Unglaublich wie treist…, Werde in Zukunft diese Airline meiden.

Havde frygter at flyve med Sunexpress efter de dårlige anmeldelser, men jeg kan slet ikke nikke genkende til de udfordringer der henvises til! Alt gik som det skulle begge afgange. Lagde mærke til andre passagerer ikek havde styr på håndbagage reglerne og måtte betale ekstra gebyr. Nem tjek ind via app. Man skal tjekke ind her ellers koster det ekstra. Men intet problem i at bruge appen. Fløj til tiden, super imødekommende personale ombord. Fløj til Tyrkiet, antalya. Man skal booke plads i flyver så frem man vil være sikker på at sidde sammen.

Die Zahlung wurde mit der Sofortüberweisung sehr erleichtert! Das ist toll!

Everything was great, the flight crew was very helpful to everyone.

Jahrelang haben wir extra SunExpress gebucht. Aber was seit diesem Jahr Masche bzw. Methode ist das ist kundenverarsche. Online Checkin nicht möglich und jeder muss 5€ für eben diesen am Flughafen bezahlen. Wir werden nicht mehr mit SunExpress fliegen.

Very difficult to book online. Wouldn't accept our passport number. Couldn't proceed online until I bought seats....absolutely ridiculous!!!!
