Sucasa Home Loans Reviews

Sucasa made it really easier to obtain pre-approval, they have great online systems which makes the process very smooth! Thank you Edgar for assisting us throughout the process, always called us back, super friendly and answered all our questions. There was a tight turnaround on obtaining finance approval and Sucasa worked with us to meet that deadline. We are forever grateful to Sucasa for helping us realise our dream as first time home owners. My husband and I highly recommend them, definitely worth it!

I can't believe how easy it was. The preapproval was so fast, and once I had contract on the property the final approval was sorted quickly too. I didn't think I was ever going to be able to enter into the market, but SuCasa made it possible. A special thank you to Edgar who helped me me out during the entire process.

The team at Sucasa (Lauren & Mario) were incredible from start to finish. I'd previously been dealing with one of the 'big 4' through the home loan process, and it was as you expect - painful, slow, unaccommodating. Sucasa made everything simple and helped me get into the home I wanted much sooner than what I could have achieved through the 'big 4'. The world has changed but the archaic processes & expectations from traditional lenders hasn't kept up -Sucasa are helping to change that. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sucasa. Thanks Lauren & Mario!

Right from the very beginning the whole experience was just fantastic! Every single person that was involved was efficient, informative & super friendly. No matter how many questions or how silly the question it was answered without delay & without judgement. It took me 7 months to find my property (W.A market is crazy atm) & they regularly checked in without pressure to see how I was going. Honestly seemed to good to be true but I am now happily living in my own property which I thought would never happen for me. From the bottom of my heart, thank you everyone at Sucasa.

The guidance and support that the team provided was incredible, espacially as this was our first home we have bought in Australia. Fast and effective communication and a clear process with fast turn around times.

Mainly online, but still with a contact you can talk to. Better rates and lower LMI than other brokers Would recommend

Its always pleasure to get associated with Sucasa. My second home dream fulfilled by Sucasa with absolutely professionalism and zeal. Team helped me through out the process, was even quicker than earlier and made the entire process seamless and hassle free. Highly recommended for any kind of home buyers. Thank you Sucasa once again for fulfilling my big dream.

Edgar, was a great help in getting us the house that we wanted, and was very helpful. Great experience, recommend them to any one.

The team were wonderful and in particular Lauren B...clear communication, really responsive, answered all my questions. It was truly a great experience

Sucasa allowed is to buy our first property over a year earlier than expected. The app makes it easy to track the mortgage and understand payments. The cool off period is longer than what real estates expect but the advantage of getting into the market early is worth it. The overall entry costs and interest were lower than than competing businesses

I recently worked with Sucasa on securing my home loan, and I couldn't be more impressed with their exceptional service. Lauren was incredibly responsive, ensuring that every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly. Her transparency throughout the process made me feel confident and informed every step of the way. Not only was she accurate in every detail, but she also went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Sucasa demonstrated a commitment to excellence, making the home loan process seamless and stress-free. Their professionalism and customer-first approach truly set them apart. If you're looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and dedicated team to assist with your home loan, I highly recommend them.

Lauren made the process very easy. Everything was explained in the best and easy way for a first home buyer. They helped smooth the process and make it less stressful

The process was straightforward and hassle free. The team communicated at each and every stage. Overall, this is a great product for people in a similar situation.

I recently had a wonderful experience with Sucasa. The entire loan application process was straightforward and hassle-free, precisely what I needed as a first-time applicant. The team was exceptionally supportive, ensuring that every step was explained clearly and efficiently. A special mention goes to Lauren, the specialist assigned to me. Her patience and genuine care transformed a process I initially found intimidating into a comfortable and even enjoyable journey. She took the time to address all my concerns and guided me through every detail, making sure I felt confident and informed throughout. I truly believe that without Sucasa, securing my home would have been a far more challenging endeavor. Their professionalism and compassionate approach have made all the difference, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need of expert assistance.

What a hassle free experience, Any questions we had were answered promptly no matter how big or small. Lauren was great to deal with and easy to talk to and explain our needs.

Lauren and the team made buying a home possible for me, and I didn’t even have to use all my life savings! The application process was easy and they had a preapproval ready for me within a few days. From application to settlement, Sucasa were communicative and happy to answer all of my questions. Thank you for helping to make me a homeowner!

Lauren and the Sucasa team were exceptional throughout the entire process. They guided me seamlessly through my application and kept me well-informed every step of the way until my settlement was complete. I highly recommend choosing Sucasa for their outstanding service. Thank you so much.

We have recently obtained a home loan through Sucasa and have found them to be a great option so far. In particular, Sucasa's willingness to make high LVR loans at very competitive interest rates and without requiring LMI (although they do charge a similar type fee which is significantly less than the LMI fee charged by other lenders) make them a fantastic option for anyone who has a good income but doesn't have a 20% deposit saved. Based on our experience so far, we would happily recommend Sucasa to everyone we know.

Lauren was fantastic from the application process to settlement.

The team from Sucasa were extremely helpful in the process to purchase our first home. I am a total newbie to buying houses in Australia but they were able to clarify all my questions with total respect and patience. Also, in comparison to other services I've found that offer similar type of products, they were not pushy at all, which I honestly appreciated. As a migrant to Australia, the first few years of my life in this country were all about paying visas, paying trips back home, paying taxes only to receive no services from the government... Which meant that my family's capacity to save for a 10-20% deposit within a realistic timeframe was reduced by quite a bit even if my wife and I both have well paying jobs. Sucasa allowed us to buy a house with a 5% deposit (it could've been down to 2%) which saved us at least another 12 months of saving money and allowed us to get our heads in the property market a lot earlier than with conventional lenders. Also, I can't stress this enough: the rates we got from Sucasa are substantially better than the rates we would have obtained from a traditional lender. I work in a Big4 and I was being offered 0.4% more interest for a home loan that would not go higher than 90% LVR and would have required us to pay LMI. Overall, our experience has been extremely good. Shoutout to Lauren and Mario. We engaged with both of them in this whole process and always received timely and detailed explanations to all our queries.
