Totally recommend Sucasa
The team from Sucasa were extremely helpful in the process to purchase our first home. I am a total newbie to buying houses in Australia but they were able to clarify all my questions with total respect and patience. Also, in comparison to other services I've found that offer similar type of products, they were not pushy at all, which I honestly appreciated. As a migrant to Australia, the first few years of my life in this country were all about paying visas, paying trips back home, paying taxes only to receive no services from the government... Which meant that my family's capacity to save for a 10-20% deposit within a realistic timeframe was reduced by quite a bit even if my wife and I both have well paying jobs. Sucasa allowed us to buy a house with a 5% deposit (it could've been down to 2%) which saved us at least another 12 months of saving money and allowed us to get our heads in the property market a lot earlier than with conventional lenders. Also, I can't stress this enough: the rates we got from Sucasa are substantially better than the rates we would have obtained from a traditional lender. I work in a Big4 and I was being offered 0.4% more interest for a home loan that would not go higher than 90% LVR and would have required us to pay LMI. Overall, our experience has been extremely good. Shoutout to Lauren and Mario. We engaged with both of them in this whole process and always received timely and detailed explanations to all our queries.
