My wife and I had a great experience moving into our new property, thanks to the process of searching for it and negotiating with Adem. Following up with Enzo with the viewing until I moved in was easy for us. Thank you for the opportunity to rent this home, as we really needed this space.

The valuation I received from another agent was too high and it took me a while to come to terms with a new asking price the second time around with Streets Ahead. I found them a little pushy in their initial pitch but after my my 20 week (!) contract with the other agent expired without any offers, we eventually agreed a contract with SA and a sale followed after the first U.K. lockdown. My overall experience with Streets Ahead was really good. All those involved in the management of viewings and progressing my sale were fantastic. Unlike other agents, I never had to chase for an update. Communication there is excellent and I really felt they were working tirelessly to progress my sale, which could have so easily fallen through during the turbulent year we’ve all had. They are heads and shoulders above the agent who acted on behalf of our seller and did so much to progress both ends of the chain for us. Huge thanks to Lucy and Catherine for all of our viewings and keeping us reliably up to date, to Danny for his shrewd negotiating and expert handling of our exchange of contracts - the most stressful day I’ve ever had in my life - we couldn’t have got through it without him - and last but not least, unflappable Andrew for being a steady and reassuring advisor while progressing both ends of our chain - he is such a pro and lovely to speak with over the phone. I’m confident that we wouldn’t have got a better result elsewhere and I have already recommended SA to a friend. Thank you Danny and team! 🙏🏼😘

Streets Ahead croydon branch were amazing. When our chain hit problems my estate agent went MIA. Luckily the people we were buying from were using Streets Ahead and they worked tirelessly to keep the chain going. Massive thanks to Andrew Bilby in particular we couldn't have done it without him.

We've had the misfortune of living next to a house rented out by the Addiscombe branch. When we reported problems with the anti social tenants, we got vague and unhelpful replies. The company seemed unable and unwilling to help, and the employee we were dealing with never replied. It got to the point where the neighbours on both sides of the house escalated the complaints to managers, but they were as unhelpful as the people they managed! The situation was only resolved when the tenants moved out, and us poor unfortunate neighbours had endured 6 months of misery, and sleepless nights. The agents they sent out to show the house to new renters were unprofessional, and we could hear from their conversations that they knew nothing of the area, and were giving out incorrect advice on rents and deposits. Their website says that their motto is "Nothing is too much trouble." Our experience is the opposite. We would never recommend that anyone uses this branch to rent out their property with.

My previous estate agents couldn't arrange any viewings and I was struggling to sell my flat. Without the persistence of both Andrew and Danny (manager) .... I would never have completed the deal. Streets Ahead went out of their way to ensure that after months of getting no where.....The property was sold. In addition, I got exactly the right price I wanted. A really bad and poor experience from Emma McKenzie with a very aggressive attitude. Called me to chase for the rent accusing me for not paying it whereas it has been paid in full, like any other month as it goes as direct debit. Mess and chaos within a company structure, my real Property Manager "on an unexpected leave, no one knows until when". Someone manipulates with the finances and they are calling tenants accusing them of not paying the rent in full. Disaster.

Terrible customer service in the Croydon branch. My husband and I were looking for a two bedroom flat some months ago, a blonde guy treated us poorly. Due to COVID we couldn’t have proper viewings, we were going on the sites he was telling us to check the area and every place was worse than the previous one. When we asked if he had more options he said he didn’t really want to waste time. Unbelievable. I don’t think this kind of attitude goes well with customer service. Not even three days later we found a lovely house by ourselves. Shame.

Avoid- horrible customer service. I have never written a bad review about anywhere but Streets Ahead have made it so easy. I have used them for my previous flat in their south Norwood branch, no issues at all. However their croydon branch, the customer service is unbelievable. Very pushy estate agent and don’t take no for an answer, don’t care attitude about everything. I would not recommend at all, I have had so many issues with my current residency with them and no help what so ever, just keep getting moved on from department to department like your begging. Don't waste your time guys.

Andrew Bilby was absolutely amazing. It was a very complicated sales chain with a mortgage offer about to be cancelled due Covid and an offer being made before one of the chain was put on furlough. The whole chain would have collapsed but as a result of Andrew's careful co-ordination, management and negotiation skills - the whole chain completed by the deadline,.
