Extremely bad service from Emma McKenzie
A really bad and poor experience from Emma McKenzie with a very aggressive attitude. Called me to chase for the rent accusing me for not paying it whereas it has been paid in full, like any other month as it goes as direct debit. Mess and chaos within a company structure, my real Property Manager "on an unexpected leave, no one knows until when". Someone manipulates with the finances and they are calling tenants accusing them of not paying the rent in full. Disaster.
