terrible!!
property management team was a joke! found horrible tenants, didn't conduct proper referencing and bother managing arrears... letting management team members were unreliable, untrustworthy and dishonest which left us in huge arrears, tenants won't leave and eventually when we managed to get them out, our property was left in a horrendous state. The words of comfort from the letting manager Amir G were, "at least they didn't smash the windows!" Absolutely useless as a letting management agent, won't touch them with a barge pole!
