When we decided too sell our property we chose Streets Ahead Estate Agents in Crystal Palace, We was met by the wonderful Jola Bamigbola who came too view our property, From the word go Jola has been outstanding he did everything in his power on a smooth sale, he communicated with solicitors and ourselves throughout the whole process, Jola is outstanding at his work, always there when we needed him, never missed our calls and even came too see us and say goodbye on our completion off the sale off our home, So he definitely needs too be recognised for his outstanding work and talent! Thank you Jola Mr and Mrs G Georgiou.

I have not had the best experience with sales agents but Catherine Wood in Croydon has been lovely. She's very efficient and knows her stuff. Any questions I had, she got back to me within a day and she's just made the whole process a lot simpler and smoother than some of the other agents I've had!

Slow response if any response when…
Slow response if any response when enquiry about viewing property to buy or rent. Emails no answers call you will be told someone will call back don’t get call back so you call each day same response then final response all gone even tho add will say just added Purley branch on more than one occasion

The Amazing Mr Bilby
I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Andrew Bilby for all his help in the process of selling our house. Andrew's communication was excellent always keeping us informed of the progress made and was relentless in chasing our solicitors. He made the process stress free which we are truly grateful for. We also would like to thank the Croydon Central Branch team Danny for his honest valuation of our house (he was spot on), Elise and Joe for arranging the viewings. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
we rented a property from the Addiscome croydon branch and have never been so disgusted in my whole life. Our house was on cross road - it was infested with rat and mice - this was apparent from move in day. Mould started appearing in every room in the house. When you tried to get things sorted they where not interested at all and did not care about the health risk. never have i seen a business with such high staff turn over. They lied to us and the landlord. I would avoid at all costs. When we handed in our notice they tried coming over to do viewings even with the mould and rat issue! Avoid them!! would not even buy my dream house for a pound from them!
