I recommend Steadily for their trustworthy approach to property insurance.

They will cancel your home insurance base on 2 and only 2 issues that are either your roof conditions and debrises on the yard.. They consider a ladder hanging out on the yard a Debrise, and used Low tech Drones to inspect the roof which is totally nonsense although the roof was replaced in 2023 brandnew. I believe they do this so they can get to keep all the Broker and inspection (by drones) fees. I do not recommend for this company, they're just B.S..

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Consider this a warning. Steadily signed us up with a company that cancelled us a few months later and we still have not received our refund (a substantial amount). It has been almost 2 1/2 months! We have talked with numerous representatives and they all promise the moon, to no avail.
