Horrible insurance company would never recommend
Steadily just renewed my policy last month in August for another year premium. I receive a letter in Sept that they will not renew the insurance on the roof portion of the policy even though it was just renewed including it. They will not renew because they inspected the roof which is only 4 yrs old and it had hail damage. The roof did not have enough hail damage to replace the entire roof and I did not want to claim a new roof on the insurance so didn't. So the insurance company uses the fact that there was hail, inspects the roof and uses this info against me to replace the roof at my own costs and then they will insure the roof with the rest of the policy. Slimey company do not use them!!!
