Simplicity of navigation, clarity of choice

Cancelled policy on the day of taking it out as wife found a more comprehensive and cheaper policy elsewhere. Being pushed via email to provide feedback on staysure but can only leave negative feedback as currently still not received refund seven days after cancelling policy.

Firstly, may I say the agent (Karen) was very professional, but hadn't come across my situation before, so she sought advice from her support. The advice she received was to ask a multitude of questions, some of which didn't fit my circumstances. I have had my prostate cancer excluded for the past 2 years, and nothing has changed in terms of my condition for treatment. I thought that if that information was provided to the underwriter, I would receive the same cover as before. That is not the case and now I have to contact Staysure after each of my booked trips (3) to establish if im covered for the next one. Not what I would expect from Staysure, who i have held the highest esteem until now, and recommended them to friends and family.

Actually talking to a person is great they can answer my questions straight away. I would rather someone ask me questions than worry I haven’t put the information online correctly. When buying travel insurance I need to know immediately it meets my needs.

Staysure had the right policy for my needs, I would certainly recommend....
